Fitzwilliam Museum, Tensions of Belonging
We worked with the museum team and a community co-curation group in this fast-paced project to design and install a pop-up exhibition within one of the Fitzwilliam’s existing galleries.
Designed to question and subvert the usual practices of selecting, displaying and designing in museums, the co-curators were bold, provocative, and highly collaborative. Over a series of workshops and meetings we helped this diverse team realise their vision by producing the first of an ongoing series of such interventions at the museum.
